Dubbo Speech Spectacular

The winner!

The overall winner of the Dubbo Speech Spectacular, a competition run by LandLearn NSW, was Lachlan Hoyle from Parkes. Lachlan has been invited to deliver a speech at the Sydney Royal Easter Show this year.
